Below you will find some examples of trips you can take. These examples are to inspire you and you can adjust then any way you like. You can start or end every journey with a few days on Zanzibar.
Day 1, arrival at the airport. You will be picked up by one of our friendly English speaking guides and taken to your accommodation in Arusha.
Day 2, Depending on the season you will either start your safari at Tarangire NP or Lake Manyara NP. Overnight at one of the best hotels in Northern Tanzania.
Day 3, Drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and over the Ngorongoro Crater rim to Serengeti NP. Overnight in a comfortable tented camp in central Serengeti.
Day 4, A full day of game drives in the Serengeti. Get up early and you might spot a cheetah catching his breakfast. Overnight in the same comfortable tented camp.
Day 5, A half day of game drive in the Serengeti. Today you will seek for the world famous big migration with thousands of animals. The migration is one of the ten natural travel wonders of the world. In the afternoon drive to the lodge on the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater with an amazing view over the crater.
Day 6, Today you will discover another wonder of nature, the Ngorongoro Crater. Nowhere else in Africa does such a varied cast of animals gather to graze, live, hunt and die. After a day of game drive, back to Arusha for dinner and overnight.
Day 7, After a relaxed breakfast you will be picked up and brought to the airport for your flight to Zanzibar. Enjoy a delicious seafood dinner at the Forodhani Gardens. Overnight in Stone Town.
Day 8, You will start your day with a Spice Tour, learn, smell and taste the great spices of this island. In the afternoon you will be brought to your beach accommodation. Overnight on the east coast at the beach with swimming pool.
Day 9 and 10, Relaxing at the beach. Relax at the swimming pool rethinking all the great things you saw during your safari. Or you can go snorkeling, diving, kite surfing, dolphin spotting…
Day 11, Fly back to Arusha.

Day 3,Drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and over the Ngorongoro Crater rim to Serengeti NP. Overnight in a luxury lodge in central Serengeti.
Day 4, Explore the endless plains of the Serengeti and seek for cheetahs, lions and leopards. Central Serengeti is the habitat of many animals all year around and a great place for game drives. Overnight in the same luxury lodge.
Day 5, A new day of wildlife spotting in the Serengeti. Not only will you see the big cats, you will also spot giraffes, jackals, hippo’s, baboons, elephants, hyenas, antelopes, buffalos, crocodiles and many more. Overnight in a lodge overlooking the plains.
Day 6, Today you will search for the big migration with hundred thousands of animals. Depending on the time of the year you will either go south, west or north.
Day 7, Another day of watching a huge herd of animals following their instincts in search of the rain while your guide explains all about their exceptional behavior.
Day 8, Game drive on the way to the Ngorongoro Crater rim. You will be blown away by the breathtaking view over the Ngorongoro Crater.
Day 9, After breakfast descend into the Ngorongoro Crater. This is the only place in Northern Tanzania where you can see the ‘Big Five’ in one day. Back to Arusha for dinner.

Day 2, Enjoy a walking tour on the foothills of Mt. Meru. You learn about the way of living of the Waarusha and see how local people grow crops like coffee, banana, maize and vegetables. Overnight in Arusha.
Day 3,The place with the highest amount of elephants per square kilometer is Tarangire NP. Eat your lunch while watching the elephants taking a bath in the Tarangire river. Overnight in a comfortable tented camp.
Day 4, Interact with the attractive tall Maasai. They will teach you about their way of living. Tonight you will spend the night in the Maasai village, called a boma, to get to know these magnificent people very well.
Day 5,Today you will live a day as a Maasai. They will show you how to milk their cattle, where they fetch their water and collect their firewood, how a real Maasai dances and which herbal medicines they use. Overnight in Karatu.
Day 6, In the morning you will have time to relax and take a swim. Then drive on the rough road to Lake Eyasi. Overnight in a comfortable tented camp.
Day 7, Get up early to help the Hadzabe with the preparations for their daily hunt. To get their protein they hunt twice a day. After the hunting you can try to shoot with the bow and arrow yourself. See where the metal arrows come from, by visiting the neighboring tribe the Datoga. These people, also called the blacksmiths, will melt anything into arrows and jewellery. In the afternoon drive back to Karatu.
Day 8, Today you will have an amazing game drive at one of the best places in Africa to watch wildlife the Ngorongoro Crater. Not only can you spot the black rhino here, but also lions, elephants, buffalos, wildebeest, Thomson’s gazelles, zebras, hippos and flamingos. Overnight at a tented camp overlooking Lake Manyara.
Day 9, Visit the little village Mto Wa Mbu. You will visit the local market and get to know about Tanzanian food. Have a look at the rice fields and their farmers. Get carried away by the fascinating local witchcraft. Enjoy a local lunch in Mto Wa Mbu. In the afternoon drive back to Arusha.
